fiSPEd
Download nya,
Screenshots here.
back to top A collection of PropEds that replace the standard Delphi PropEds. Most of them just give a little optical hint in the Object Inspector, while the main PropEd replaces the standard TStrings editor with a full-blown ASCII editor, including property specific Syntax Highlighting, semi-automatic code completion and lots more.

(sorry, download not yet available - still work in progress. atm all you can do is look at some screenshots...)

requirements
back to top What you must have to be able to use fiSPEd:
VCL   fiSPEd is based on the VCL of Delphi 5/6 Professional.
SynEdit   The open source multi-line editing control also used in Marathon and IBConsole. Native VCL component (no wrapper around a Win ctrl). Download here from SynEdit's home on sourceforge.
HexEdit   A Hex editing control by Markus Stephany. Freeware with source. Download here (local copy on this site, ~ 49 kb).

optionals back to top Things that are not necessary (ie. can be IFDEFd out) but are supported
IBO    Jason Wharton's IBObjects - the ulimate component suite for direct access to Firebird.
OQB   Sergey Orlik's Open Query Builder. The graphical SQL designer known from Marathon. Freeware with source. A Delphi 6 compliant version can be found on IBObject's "contributed" site. Look for OQBibo4D6.zip (~ 278 Kb).
